Lily is great. I have never actually met her as I live quite far away from my rental property but that doesn’t matter as she is really prompt at replying to emails and calls and really helpful. She makes it much easier to have the responsibility of owning a property and renting it whilst not living close by. Since using Paul Bott & Co, I’ve always had a designated person to call, to discuss my rental property and I find it makes it so much easier, as that person knows about your property. You know you are not going to get passed around various departments. Things get handled really quickly and professionally. I’d highly recommend Paul Bott & Co.
