Paul and Kathy who started the company in 2014 with a combined knowledge of the property market and experience in the industry had a goal of setting up an Independent run Estate Agency that not only gave customers a different level of service but focused on the local community and giving something back and working with Charities including Crohns UK. After winning the British Property Awards for the last 3 years and having set up a very successful Their goal of setting up a different style of friendly, welcoming environment in their office and high level of customer service whether buying or selling from their team is certainly flying the flag for a local independent Estate Agents that go that extra mile. The team is joined by Patrick Mccarthy, who shares their passion and drive. Due to our success in Sales we then opened our Lettings and Property Management Department alongside Anna Clennell, Paul Nelson and Lily Wilson-Davis have certainly achieved more than they could ever imagine.
